We need volunteers for the following:
- Monday:
- Organize the Lost & Found items - look for ones that have students' names in them. We will have a list of students and we can return the items to the students' classrooms. Most will probably not have first and last names, so we may only get a few returned in this manner.
- Tuesday:
- Places all items on hanging rack and put water bottles and lunch boxes on a cart for easy movement.
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - Everything on display before 10:00 AM.
- Put all Lost & Found items out on the playground where students can look through items for their belongings.
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - Everything is moved from the playground to the Main Gate area after 1:15 PM, but completely moved before 2:30 PM.
- Move Lost & Found items from playground to the Main Gate area.
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - After 3:15 PM
- Move all Lost & Found items back into the school for the night.
Note - We have furniture moving dollys that we can use to move the wire racks to the playground too.
