Saver's Fundraiser: January 19
Do you need a reason to clean out your closet? Grab those clothes that are too big or small for your family, but have lots of life left in them, and send them to school on January 19 for drop off in the morning only! For more information, please visit this link.
Family Fun Night: February 4
Fairmont Bingo is back on February 4. We will have parking lot bingo and tons of prizes to give out to bingo winners big, small, young, old, and everything in between! This will be directly following a very brief PTA General Association Meeting. Details should come out this week. We will once again offer pizza for pre-sale.

Volunteers Still Needed for Annie Jr.
We are still in need of volunteers for our performances, tech, and dress rehearsals. Please visit this link sign up for volunteer opportunities. Teens are also welcome to volunteer for some roles.
Volunteer - COVID Requirements
The PYLUSD COVID requirements for volunteering indoors for school and PTA activities have not changed since before the holidays. PYLUSD requires proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test (not over-the-counter testing) to volunteer indoors. If you are volunteering for Annie Jr. during Tech Week and need to get tested, please consider reserving your test appointment now. The PTA does not endorse testing companies, however the following companies have appointments available for next weekend:
- SameDay Testing (Near Lucille's BBQ by Hwy 57 & Imperial Hwy)
- St. Martin's Testing Event on January 14
6th Graders
Keep an eye out for those newly designed 6th grade t-shirts coming home this week and this year's camp sweatshirt that will be coming home soon. There will be one more opportunity to order sweatshirts before camp. 6th grade fundraisers are occurring over the next two weeks to assist with camperships and offsetting the cost of 6th Grade Science Camp for students and their families. 100% of the proceeds from the Raising Cane's Restaurant Night and Savers FunDrive will go directly to 6th grade camp.
