Food and beverages sold or served at school meet the nutrition recommendations of the U.S. Dietary Guidelines. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.
The mission of the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District Student Nutrition Advisory Council (SNAC) is to provide quality nutrition education guidance designed to enhance our students’ wellness and lifelong ability to make choices that will have a positive impact on academic achievement and healthy life styles.
PYLUSD has implemented e~Funds for Schools at all school sites, including Fairmont Elementary.
Please take advantage of the options to prepay your student’s meal accounts. Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and gives students more time to eat, relax, and play. It also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for lunch money every day or worry that it might get lost, stolen or used for other things other than lunch.
To use the eFunds for Schools online payment system you will need your child’s permanent student ID, and please remember to include leading zeros. If you do not know this number call the Food Service Office at (714) 985-8610.
There is small transaction fee for using eFunds for Schools which is collected by the payment processor. The fee for ACH (electronic transfer from a checking account) is $1.00 per transaction. The transaction fee for a credit card purchase is $1.99. A transaction can include multiple purchases for one or more siblings across multiple schools in a single transaction.
Online payments are a simple, safe and secure way to make payments to your students account 24 hours a day at your convenience.
